اپنے روٹھے رب کومنانے کا عمل

رات کے آخری حصے یعنی سحری کے وقت اگر دو رکعت نماز نفل پڑھ کر اس کے بعد اگر 21 یا 40 دفعہ یا 313 مرتبہ یہ دعا اول وآخر سات مرتبہ درود شریف پڑھ کر یہ تصورکریں کے میں دنیا کا گناہ گار ترین انسان ہوں اب میں اپنے کریم رب کے سامنے بیٹھا ہوں ،اپنے تما م گنا ہوں کے ساتھ اور اپنے تن ومن سے اس سے معافی مانگ رہاہوں اور اس یقین سے مانگیں کہ میں نے صرف اپنے رب ہی سے مانگنا ہےاور توجہ سے مانگنا ہے،اور آج میں نے اپنے تما م گنا ہوں کی بخشش کروانی ہے۔
