We should think ourselves as a human rather than robots. No doubt we should work hard but also spare some time for comfort and entertainment. Take a break in your office hours too and spend that time away from your work place but without indulging yourself with your mobile phone.
If you feel yourself riding on an un-controllable horse which you can’t get hold off; you can’t change its direction neither control its speed and you feel that you can’t fulfill the demands of life then you should acknowledge the fact that you are under stress, this stress varies from person to person and has different meanings.
There was a time when we had our office isolated from the house, you finished your job and left all the official matters in the office behind you would chat with your friends, family and relatives and then comfort yourself too. Now this routine has entirely changed and we keep ourselves busy with the office matters even in the home because of informative technology.
Although there are various reasons for stress but the experts say that overburdened by work, discomfort with the earnings and non-realisticbehaviors about the life. Just imagine that you are always busy and the result is fatigue and bad health. You don’t have any time for eating your meals properly, doing exercises and take a peaceful sleep.
Then how comes the health would stay alright! The stress has different effects but the most common is sleeplessness and that is the root cause of different problems. It is quite often that when we get to sleep, our body is fatigued but the mind is still busy with official responsibilities and confusions. After a sleep of hardly two three hours sleep and when we reach our offices with fatigued body and mind when lots of papers and files are waitingfor us. The people try to cure it through wine, coffee and tea etc. butthis is a negative way to get rid of stress which puts the health to further danger and result into heart diseases, hypertensions and several other diseases. In short that weakens our immunity system and puts adverse effect on the body

There are various ways to overcome the stress but the basic thing is that you should also learn to say ‘No’ i.e. say no to unfair things and illegitimate desires.
A good way to wipe off the stress is through exercise. It is not necessary that you go to health club and jump over the machines. You can do that through walking and cycling. Do cycling for an hour outside the city and witness the miraculous effect on your body. If you can’t go outside the city then you can do so on the side of a river or stream. The walk and cycling would also affect your mood and the domestic and official disputes are reduced to minimum. You may also get an opportunity to think and contemplate about different things but please avoid the official matters.
Each exercise has its own benefits. It freshens the mind and improves the blood circulation. It purifies the body and reduces tension. The excessive hormones also get settled down due to exercise and the body produces such substances in the brain that can heal any pain and leave a pleasant effect on mind and body.
The exercise also reduces the weight and increases the energy by improving the health that creates positive thoughts in our mind too. The permanent solution for stress near the experts is that we should think ourselves as humans, rather than robots. Work hard but spare some time for comfort and entertainment. Take a break during the office hours and try to spend them outside the office where you should not have your mobile phone. In your list of ‘things to do’, take only those which you can. Do not try to strive for those things which are beyond your control. Take care of your diet and eat healthy instead of junk food.
Make a routine of exercise. Give priority to the social life and meetings with your loved ones. The last but not the least is to keep the pace of life to such a level that it should not stop at once.
This is the positive approach. Adopt it in each stage of your life that your immunity system is ready to tackle and sort of situation.
