I read this tonic in a very old book. It was prescription of an antimony (applied in eyes) which makes one indifferent to spectacles.

Grind one dram gum of Acacia and Cinnamon leaves, five dram Pure Saffron, five dram Golden Thread Root, three dram Murwareed herb and fifteen dram Antimony. Then strain it with silk cloth. Apply in both eyes when going to bed.

Tonic Number 02: Tie stem of Azadirachta indicaafter placing one piece of solid Antimony in it. After forty days take the Antimony out and place it in Citrullus colocynthis. After forty days, take it out. Then grind it for fourteen days.

Powdered antimony is ready. Use it to sharpern sight as well as to cure other disorders.
