Allah has created the man with feelings and emotions. Even the animals have feelings. This is the important quality of living creatures and Allah has created the man as the best creature. He is preferred from all the creatures in every aspect. These are the emotions which we express with our behavior. The specialists agree on this point that if emotions are omitted from the humans then there will be no charm in the life. Being active in the life is the result of these emotions and feelings. We will tell you that how fear, anger, hate, love, affection, happiness and sadness affect our health and how can we use these in better way.  

Controlling the Emotions:

Some people use emotions in negative way and assign their evil doings as emotions. You would have listened these words from many people, “I got emotional” or “I am very much obliged from my emotions.” Specialists say that trying to get rid of emotions is absolutely useless. Actually man should try to enhance his emotions of love and happiness and he should try to handle anger, fear and sadness wisely. It doesn’t mean that man should give up anger, it is a natural thing. Expressing anger is also important in human life. It is also essential to show anger against social evils, anger against social evils helps to stop them. Similarly, a suitable fear teaches you to be careful. A man should know that over speeding from a certain limit can lead him to an accident; in this way fear helps you to spend your life moderately. Similarly, in the moments of happiness you can not be sad and neither should you do this. Emotions of love and happiness fill the human life with beautiful colors. These emotions make the life pleasant. How can you grow the pleasant emotions? Specialists propose some suggestions;

  1. Your loving emotions absorb in others. People like you by the expression of these emotions. Express these in different ways with your parents and other family members. Express your affection with them by giving gifts and talking to them with smile and using good calling words. It should be expressed from your words that they are dear to you.
  2. The people around you love you in the same way as you love them, if you won’t express your emotions with tongue or practically then how would they know that what you think about them.
  3. Try to know such hobbies or resources of enjoyment by which you feel happiness. Every person is in need of such hobbies by which he gets pleasure and contentment.
  4. Try to search the opportunities to do something for others. The peace you get after helping someone plays an important role to make life pleasant.
  5. There should be no disturbance in your routine work even your mode is not good. Try to spend life in a better way even having restlessness.
  6. If you feel sadness, never let it be overcome yourself. Say to yourself, “This condition is temporary, I am actually a brave man and I am cheerful and will overcome this sadness soon.”
  7. If you feel someone is grabbing your right then you should not keep it in your heart instead you should express your feelings. Talk about the injustice with you to the concerned person, by this the burden on your mind will be released.
  8. Don’t neglect your feelings. Every person has to face the emotions like anger, and irritation then how can you be saved from it. Just you should take this into mind that the expression of anger and irritation may not lead you to cross the limits of manners.
  9. If you are in those people who get anger a lot on ordinary things then ask to yourself, “Do you want to impose your decisions on others?” If sometimes you will leave the matter on others desires then you will see that the other person will also consider your desire.

Emotions affect the human health:

Specialists agree on this point that emotions have a close relation with the health and you would have listened from people that “The continuous worries have made me ill.” And similarly many other sentences you would have listened. It is true that when unpleasant things and uncongenial circumstances create anger, fear and panic in a person and if this situation persists for a long time then you may suffer from many diseases. In this situation headache, pain in stomach and less hunger and sleeplessness are common problems. You might remember some events when your heartbeat would have become faster after listening good news. Your face would have become reddish due to shy or there came darkness in front of your eyes in the state of fear or shock. Your mouth would have become dry and your color turned to pale. This is all because of emotions. From all these experiences it is proved that emotions have close relation with human health. Mental and emotional worries affect the stomach as well. Usually stomach works in normal speed, it has a pink layer and when man is in the state of anger the stomach stops working normally. As a result acidity increases. Specialists say that during emotional condition the temporarily occurring changes in the body are perhaps necessary because they provide the opportunity to react. But if these conditions persist for a long time then these will create danger for human health which is hazardous.
