Mint tea is beneficial as a medication. It is used in indigestion, oedema of respiratory tracts, headache, cough and flu. This tea is very tasty and fragrant which also gives relief in flatulence, cures fowl breath( halitosis).
Tea which is prepared with herbs sometimes requires leaves of plants, sometimes flowers bark or roots. The method drinking them also varies. You may drink it hot in winters or if you like you can drink it after cooling it in summers. There are different methods to prepare it. If you want to prepare tea of root of a plant, grind and make a powder of it, then add parts of the plant to boiling water and boil it for 3 minutes.
TEA OF SWEET BASIL
this plant is also planted in orchards. Its leaves release faint fragrance. The leaves of this plant are beneficial in renal and bladder diseases. Boiling its leaves in vinegar and application of its water on face, closes pores and rejuvenates skin.
TEA OF GAOZUBAANrt
tea of leaves of gaozubaan strengthens the heart. If the leaves of sweet basil are added to gaozubaan, it is useful for kidneys, urinary bladder and heart. The tea of its leaves and flower is useful for dry and sensitive skin.
TEA OF BLACK CUMIN
there are a lot of benefits black cumin tea. Grate black cumin before preparing tea then add it to hot water. This tea is very beneficial for liver, gall bladder and digestive system. It is also useful in flatulence.
TEA OF LILAC
tea of the root of lilac is particularly beneficial for liver. Scorch its root on fire, then prepare tea after crushing it. It is useful in complaints of gall bladder and liver.
CORRIANDER TEA
crush corriander then put it in boiling water and boil it thoroughly. This tea can treat indigestion and gaseous distension. This tea is also used for clarifying complexion and purifying the blood.
SOYA TEA
Soya is actually a plant like mint and coriander. Its tea is beneficial for abdominal pain and colic in infants.
ANISEED TEA
its tea is useful in indigestion. For clarification of complexion and robust skin, add yogurt and honey properly in the tea of aniseed. Leave this mixture on the face and neck for 15 minutes. Wash your face and neck with lukewarm water after 15 minutes.
