Hakeem Zia ur Rahman, Multan
A loose bed or a loose boot never relaxed the body. A loose nut bolt in the machinery can cause problems. Similarly, a loose body let the diseases to rise. Being the active is what we have to do by ourselves as nobody will remind you even your medic. We are not supported by our elders. Lack of sense and laziness is leading us towards diseases in our early age. If Allah has rewarded us with a car whether two wheels or four wheels. We don’t leave any step to take care of it. Car has shocks, which need to be repaired or replaced when these are imbalanced. Don’t we have shocks, the knees, in our body? We must take care of them. Keep your body tightened through massage, exercise, diet, spirituality and other caring activities. Don’t let your body rusty. Learn physio therapy and apply on yourself. Remind your friends.
Hakeem Ferroz Uddin Ajmali رحمت اللہ علیہ would say: Salat is connection with Allah, exercise or taking care of your body and good manners. Your meeting is incomplete if you did not ask these three things. He says if someone wants to learn manners then visit villages and see how people ask about wellbeing of each other, help each other. On other hand, we finish the meeting with some formal words. We can’t change the circumstances of others, then at least we can hear them, pray for them and thus share their problems. Willingness is wage by Allah. He doesn’t return you empty hands if you have determination. Allah is Kareem. Maintain yourself as nobody will remind you. Move your arms up and down for two minutes in a day, move your neck for one minute, massage your face for one minute and straight your back for one minute. Similarly pay attention to other organs; it will not take more than fifteen to twenty minutes, which is nothing. And see the positive change in your body. We can’t count the rewards of Allah but we satisfy ourselves by just saying Alhamdulillah (All Praise to Allah Almighty)
