Garlic is used to make majoon which is very beneficial for many diseases. Among the diseases arthritis, sciatica, pneumonia, loss of appetite, low body temperature, facial palsy, phlegm related diseases, blood pressure are more important. This majoon (medicine) increases sexuality and increases strength in body. 

Humans have been consuming garlic for centuries now and in some cultures it is not liked because of its stinky smell. It is considered inappropriate for women but at the same time it was used to prevent plague in Europe in the past. In the history of medicine there are various incidents that prove that the smell of it safeguards against various diseases. 16th century doctors never travelled abroad without bulbs of garlic in their pockets. According to them garlic provides them safety against unreliable weather and environment. In Europe it is used the most in Italy and North of France, people there still use it widely in various dishes. Ancient medicine marks it as an effective cure for phlegm related diseases and even according to modern medicine it it not only safeguards heart and blood vessels but provide safety to overall health  against pollution. Garlic acts as a blood thinner. That’s why it safeguards against high blood pressure and paralysis. In west not only garlic is used in bread but also in soups and salads and other various dishes.

Garlic Soup: boil 12 cloves of garlic in four cups of water along with fresh coriander and mint leaves for 20minutes. In a bowl place buttered pieces of bread and pour the soup over them and add salt and pepper to your taste. In france a big fat layer of garlic and cheese is put on bread and consumed with the same soup. It becomes a very aromatic dish when the cheese melts.

Garlic filled eggs: peel the skin off boiled eggs and cut them lengthwise and take out the yolk and mix a bit of rye in them along with oil, salt, red peppers, crushed garlic, fresh coriander and green chillies and make it into a paste and fill it in the eggs. If you fancy add lemon or vinegar in it as well. They taste amazing with toasted bread.

Prescription and ingredients: six chatanak of garlic cloves, soak them in butter milk to get rid of the pungent smell. Boil six kg milk on low heat and keep stirring it occasionally, khoya is made out of it then mix ginger powder, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, mesua ferrara, turmeric, barrang, Indian barberry, mol, rennet, baddhara, devdar, sanamki, ghookro, fennel seeds, eucalyptus, Indian date (ber), cloves, carom, chup, tej, pela mol, kachor, takhum konch each six masha and grind them into powder form. Add mishri to it according to your taste. Majoon is ready. If you want to make smaller amount of majoon then adjust the quantity of ingredients accordingly. Take two tola majoon along with luke warm water morning and evening. Use this majoon in the winters only. Garlic khoya on its own is very beneficial. How to use: one spoon morning and evening. But don’t consume garlic too much.

Grow your hair: garlic can help you stop hairfall. Cut the garlic and rub the cloves on your hair. You can add garlic to the oil and massage it onto your scalp for getting the benefits. (Muhammad Ali , Rawalpindi)

Respected Hazrat Hakeem Sahab Asalamoalikum! Me and my wife along with our kids have visited tasbeeh khana lahore twice and got rohani dum as well. We felt that we got many benefits after visiting tasbeeh khana and getting rohani dum done. Now doors of blessings and barakah have started to open in our house. My son who used to get scared at night time on daily basis now has started getting better after rohani dum. I am an eye witness to the large amount of people getting benefits from rohani dum. I read you magazine ubqari on monthly basis the wazaif mentioned in the magazine are very beneficial. And your dars are life changing. I have got many benefits from it. Sunday 31st March 2019 6am in the morning there is shiafya dua in tasbeeh khana. After that ism e azam rohani dum will happen for about two hours after fajr prayer. Immediately after dum halqa e kashf ul mahjoob will happen along with muraqaba and meeting of workers from all over the world. People of all age group including kids, women can attend this dum. Women can attend this dum under all circumstances. No need to take time before hand , open to all. Make sure attend 7 or 14 or 27 ism e azam dum. If you make a habit out of this then through out your life you will remain content and free of worries.

Important change : usually muraqaba and halqa kashf ul mahjoob used to happen after maghrib each month. But now it will happen in the morning after rohani dum so that people can go home with ease especially the ones from out of Lahore.
