As the problems are increasing with the passage of time, patients of depression are also increasing. Unfortunately youth is being affected by it mostly. Before last two or three decades there were only few patients were there but today they are increasing because of self-created troubles.

Many can be seen affected by Numberless desires, want of best of the best and ignorance from religion. Some people are so sensitive that even a smallest thing puts them in depression. However, whatever the reason but life of these patients get tangled in problems.  I will try to explain in simple words about this disease and its remedy. Even if a single patient gets benefit from it, my aim of writing will be achieved.

     After reading this you will feel that many such people are living around you. Patient suffers from the feeling of lost. Woe overwhelms him and reason of that sadness remains unknown to patient. They don’t feel interest in anything. He remains fed up of everything. During sleep he gets up again and again. Sometimes he tries to sleep but he feels restless and cannot sleep. Patient often feels guilty. He considers himself helpless and subjugated but cannot explain the reason of this thought. With Less hunger they feel dizzy, nausea, restlessness and agitation. Physical desires come to an end. With constipation they feel pain in whole body.  They cannot concentrate on a single issue. Decision power comes to an end.   

Less appetite and brings dispassionateness to food which reduces weight. Some patients’ appetite increases and they become bulky. If they are more depress their blood pressure remains low. Some time they feel cold and some other time hot and body shivers of this condition. They want the help of others every time. 

Considering all these points there appears questions that people who are surrounded with worries despite they remains happy and active. They don’t let worries stay in their minds.  Irregularity of kidneys’ glands (gadhoodh) is one reason of this disease. Irregular eating habits disturb the stomach; grease or fatty Matter start digesting, increase in the use of wheat, white sugar, coffee, tea, chocolate, etc. and less use of vegetables, and fruits push toward fluctuating digesting system. And it increases the gas quantity in abdomen which increases the weight on abdomen layer and this is the reason of decreasing the quantity of required oxygen of tissues and the quantity of carbon dioxide increases in body and it creates depression.

   Use of different types of medicines also hinders to absorb the vitamins and minerals in body. These medicines cause depression. Aspirin decreases the vitamin C, and anti-oxide things decrease calcium and vitamin B. Food affects the mental health of every human being.  Even lack of a single diet element can put a sensitive person into depression.  Regularity in eating, exercise, and to try consciously to reduce the strain and stress are the things which are in the list of its remedy. Depression patients are strictly not allowed to take tea, alcohol, chocolate, wine, coffee and cold-drinks. Except this they are also not allowed to eat things made of white flour, sugar, food coloring chemicals, white rice, and spices.

Business is very important for depress patients. The more they keep busy themselves, the far their worries will be. They should go out of shell and be with other people. If they are spending time in house then they should keep themselves busy in domestic tasks. This will end the heap of problems. In morning they should try to go near the green tree or plants and take breaths and exhale from nose, this will increase oxygen to a large extent in their body and they feel better. 

Depression!! Anger is also a reason….!

   Leave your work once for 10 to 15 minutes and sit at a quite place and let those thoughts go through from your mind which make you angry.  Anger creates mental strain along with physical harms. Doctors say that if people stop being angry and annoyed it is the remedy of many physical ailments. Experts in the same aspect say not to walk by putting feet hardly on earth. Don’t rub your hands,   don’t speak in loud voice, and don’t do anything hurriedly. Because being emotional make your body actions also fast.  While sitting sit calmly and speak in low tone, to control yourself it is very significant to develop the habit of thinking with peaceful and cool mind, because thoughts have a deep relation with your body actions.
