Dear Readers! You will be surprised with title of “sweet lemon” that whether a lemon can be sweet. Actually the type I am talking about is a bigger than actual lemon and smaller than orange. It’s known in medical terms as sweet lemon or particularly “mittha”. In Saraiki language it is called “Mithri”. Its farms are widely found in India and Pakistan. So, why it is known as sweet where it has a bit bitterness? In fact, fruits belong to citrus family e.g. lemon, grape fruit, citrus nobilis and orange etc have sourness which reduces the lime elements in the body and therefore are harmful in cold, flue and other phlegm diseases. However, mandarin orange and sweet lemon don’t have soar substance therefore called sweet “mittha”. It has hot features and contains plenty of Vitamin C.

 

 

Brief Advantages:

It heals malaria and jaundice etc, useful for people have problem of sweating hands and feet or smelling hands, feet and mouth Insha Allah. It reduces the heat of blood, helpful for urinating restores heart’s power. Patients who feel burning from hands and feet and dizziness etc suck its juice along with its seed and get benefit within a few days, Insha Allah. Its seeds are used in anti-fever medicines. The best time to take sweet lemon is in the morning after two hours of breakfast or in afternoon. Reward yourself with this blessing of Allah almighty and protect your kids from changing weather problems and remember me in your prayers.

A Tested Tip for Wounds in Stomach and Intestines

A lot of my medical experiments are published in the Ubqari magazine for the benefit of masses. Here I would like to share a few more tested tips for the Ubqari magazine readers. Indeed, they will get benefit from them.

 

 

Wounds in Stomach & Intestines:

Take one table spoon of Isapghol and pour four drops of almond oil and three drops of honey and eat with water or milk for a few days. It’s useful to heal the wounds of stomach and intestines.

 

Abdomen Pain:

Drink half spoon of bitter gourd water after having food and heal from abdominal pain.

 

Hiccups:

Apply a bit raw sugar or sugar on palate and recite اَعُوذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الْشَيْطَانِ الْرَّجِيْمِfor three times to get relieve from hiccups.

 

Indigestion:

Pour a bit cinnamon powder in two table spoons of honey and eat. It will relieve painful acidity and make your stomach stronger, Insha Allah.

 

Dysentery:

Take chebulic myrobalan (harar) and bil gari equally and make its powder. Take one tea spoon with water three times in a day.
