Keep Your Beauty and Health Maintained Through the Skin of Orange
Orange contains a huge of volume of vitamin C. It has cold features. It helps in digestion. Adding black pepper and salt makes it tastier. It produces the blood in the body, controls the blood pressure and relives indigestion. It is useful for liver diseases and marrow swelling. it shouldn’t be use under cold, cough chest congestion or asthma etc. it relieves from the liver heat and thirst. It maintains the health and strengthens the body. Drink its juice without adding salt or black pepper in case of pustule or pimples etc. it is useful under jaundice and fever.
Its skin is helpful to cleanse the face. Clean the inner whiter side of its skin, mix it with mustard oil and apply on the face in the evening while going to sleep. Wash your face with quality soap in the morning. The use for only six days will cleanse your face from stains etc. or use the yellowish part of its skin by rubbing on the face in the evening for around five minutes can also give you the same results within a few days. In case of flaring up sole and palm, peel of six oranges and apply salt and black pepper and keep it under the dew and eat these oranges in the morning in empty stomach.
